You’ve read about change management and are interested enough to learn about how I work. Excellent, and welcome! A preliminary meeting involves us working together to detail your change management goals, timelines, and ideal outcomes.
My primary agenda is to identify a specific deliverable to define an initial engagement. This could mean meeting a couple of different times to capture enough information to create an initial proposal or statement of work. The time to accomplish this is at no charge.
The cost of service is based on each individual engagement as different deliverables have varying scopes and scales. At the end of the engagement, our client relationships continue as I see you as long-term partners. I’m always ready to help solve any business problems.
